Acrylate Grouting Material Experimental Research and Used in Engineering

摘要:

本文研究了适于微裂隙堵水用的丙烯酸盐注浆材料,并对其基本性能进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,浆材粘度低于3×10-3 Pa?s;浆材凝胶时间随主剂浓度增加而缩短,且A-Ca反应体系的凝胶时间比A-Mg反应体系长,并随主剂浓度增加,两体系凝胶时间差距减小;主剂配比在1左右时,浆材凝胶时间最长;凝胶时间在3min~15min之间可控;浆材固砂体单轴抗压强度在1MPa以下。研究成果成功用于千米深井地面预注浆堵水。

Abstract:

This paper studied acrylate grouting material used in micro-fissure water plugging, and their basic properties were studied. The experimental results showed that the slurry viscosity was below 3×10-3Pa ? s. The gel time of slurry, shortened and reduced gap between the two systems with the increase of the main agent concentration, and lengthened in A-Ca reaction system. The ratio at about 1, gel time was longest. The gel time was controlled in 3min-15min. The uniaxial compressive strength of the material was below 1MPa. Research results had been used for surface pre grouting of water plugging in 1000m deep shaft.
